Description:

This is our unique coaching service designed for people who want all the benefits of Personal Training but at a time better suited to you. You book and we deliver. Our coaches will coach you through 3 sessions per week in an exclusive fitness environment where at most 3 other people will be training at the same time.

Sessions are customized to suit you; no guess work, completely bespoke coaching and a highly motivational environment that guarantee’s incredible results.

Our most flexible training approach to fit around even the busiest of lifestyles. You book your own sessions at the click of a button.

This is Fitness Bootcamp

Description:

This is our Group Training Programme designed for men and women who don’t just want to get in shape, but get strong and fit too. We will provide you with progressive strength training, bespoke nutrition support and daily accountability to ensure that you make amazing progress every day.

Sessions:

6:00am Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday

10:00am Saturday and Sunday (available at request).

Fee:

£65.00 per month (12 sessions per month).

Personal Training

Want a coach all to yourself? Our one-to-one Personal Training gives you just that. Have the luxury of not having to share your trainer with anyone else.

Sessions:

Monday – Saturday (At a time convenient for you).
