‘I’ll start on Monday’

I’ll start on Monday.’ Monday comes and it looks like another busy week. You’ve got that all important presentation to complete for Tuesday, the kids have take on another after school club (that takes it from 4 days to 5 days), you’ve got uniforms that haven’t been ironed, the dinner needs cooking..

Sound familiar? Too often we put barriers in the way, we say ‘I’ll start next week, it’s quieter next week’ when in actual fact we know deep down that it won’t be the case.

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way, we understand that sometimes things can’t be avoided but we also understand the importance of taking some time out for yourself, feeling better about yourself, surrounding yourself with people like yourself.

Because when the presentations been completed, the ironings all been done and the kids have outgrown their after-school clubs will you be any closer to where you really want to be? Will you have invested the time in yourself to be a step closer to where you want to be.

We’re very much an advocate of making small-changes, taking care of the little things; do it consistently and the end goal always leads to success. You don’t have to turn your life upside down, there’s no need to say no, just step back and take some time for yourself. We’re confident in the longer-term you’ll feel the benefit. Trust us, we see it every day.
